Shop, refund and returns policy of Rewardboard AS

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase for international customers. For customers in Norway, in compliance with Norwegian consumer law, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase. If these time periods have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item (Rewardboard and/or accessories) must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

For downloadable products (such as the Rewardboard manual in PDF format), due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the download link has been accessed, except for customers in Norway where the 14-day rule applies.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloaded digital products (e.g., manuals, software) for international customers
  • Personal care items (if applicable)

Return Process

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team at support@rewardboard.com to initiate the return process.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, follow the instructions provided by our support team.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any physical item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery for international customers or more than 14 days for Norwegian customers.

Refunds for Sale Items

For international customers, only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
For customers in Norway, both sale and regular priced items are eligible for refund under the 14-day return policy.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@rewardboard.com.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, send us an email at support@rewardboard.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to our designated address (provided by our support team).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
